Dear friends of Sowa Rigpa,
Welcome to the tibetan year of the earth-dog and to a new edition of the Sorig News!
As the energies of this year promise stability and persistence Sorig Khang International (SKI) has continously grown in the last years to stand now at the point of beeing one of the largest and most important international non-profit organisations to promote Traditional Tibetan Medicine – Sowa Rigpa.
Under the kind guidance of SKIs directors Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and Dr. Tam Nguyen and the efforts of many talented practitioners and operatives our organisation continues to bring the benefits of the ancient himalayan art of healing closer to the people in need around the globe.
Thus Sorig News – as little SKI branch – has been growing and developing too with Jacqueline Yu beeing the first managing editor. With thousands of readers it is now time to do some cosmetic and structural changes to the Sorig Newsletter. So have a look now and check out for example our international programs in Sevilla, Spain, and the Czech-Republic or read through featured articles and much more. Expect some more new things and surprises this year to come!
Another SKI project for example is the renowned Sorig Congress, organized by each national team under the supervision of Dr. Jens Tönnemann, as first continous annual medical congress of its kind in the field of Sowa Rigpa. The next already 6th congress will be held in Pisa, Italy, from the 20th until 22nd of April 2018.
So don’t miss your chance to experience and share Sowa Rigpa with experts from all over the world and to get in touch and connect with SKI personally!
Let’s apply the actual motto of the Sorig Congress with the opportunities of the earth-dog year and let Sowa Rigpa flourish for the benefit of all, everywhere: “Vivere Sowa Rigpa!”
Thank you all for visiting and sharing! Looking forward to see you in Pisa soon!
With Best Wishes in the name of the Editorial Board,
